Vocal Vibes offers a unique opportunity for young vocalists to explore their musical talents, develop essential skills, and actively engage with the community. Enhance Your Vocal Skills: Dive into choral training that sharpens your vocal techniques and harmonization skills. Master Music Theory: Build a solid foundation in music theory to elevate your understanding and support your musical journey. Shine Solo: Get ready for the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival and other music credentials with personalized solo training. Create Original Works: Collaborate with fellow musicians to write and produce your own songs, bringing your creative visions to life. Grow Personally: Learn time management and maintain a positive mindset while focusing on your well-being. Discover how to use your musical talents to help others and make a difference in your community. Programme Structure Training Date: 6 Sep 2025 - 4 July 2026 (Saturday) Term 1: Sep 6, 13, 20, 27; Oct 4, 11, 18, 25 Term 2: Nov 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; Dec 6, 13, 20 Term 3: Jan 3, 10, 17, 24, 31; Feb 7, 28; Mar 7 Term 4: Mar 14, 21, 28; Apr 11, 18, 25; May 2, 9 Term 5: May 16, 23, 30; June 6, 13, 20, 27; July 4 Time: 13:30-16:30 (3 hours) Venue: 2/F, Tung Chiu Commercial Centre, 193 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai Fee: HK$4500/term (8 sessions) Performance and Events* (subject to updates) 2025 October: Austrian National Day Celebration November: Heurigen / Masterclass December: Christmas Performance 2026 January: Wellness Day February: CNY Performance March: Music Festival (Individual Enrollment) / Recording Project April: Songwriting and Music Production Camp May: Community Showcase June: Wellness Day July: Concert Performances August: Music and Cultural Tour *Note: Extra fees may apply for some activities.

Cancellation Policy
Upon submitting the Enrolment Form, a participant is deemed to have accepted all Terms and Conditions of the programme. A non-refundable and non-transferable programme fee has to be submitted to complete enrollment. Enrolment is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The Vienna Boys Choir Music Academy Foundation Limited (VBCMAF) reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the programme. Participants with a temperature higher than 37.8 Celsius should not attend any programme. VBCMAF reserves the right to reject the admission of participants in bad health conditions. When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued within 3 hours of the start of the programmes, such programmes will be canceled. When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued during the programmes, the programmes will continue until the end of the sessions. All programmes will resume 3 hours after Tropical Cyclone No.8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is canceled by the Hong Kong Observatory. Participants should consider the actual weather and traffic conditions when deciding whether or not to attend the programmes. No make-up will be arranged except programmes canceled by VBCMAF. All kinds of leave or further change requests will not be entertained in make-up classes. No make-up will be arranged for those who are absent for a make-up session. No refund for any participant who withdraws from the Programme. No make-up or refund will be arranged for programme alteration or cancellation due to inclement weather conditions, venue closure or other enforced closures beyond the control of VBCMAF. No photo-taking, video-taking, or audio recording is allowed during the programmes unless prior written consent is obtained from VBCMAF. VBCMAF reserves the right to take images, videos, and sound recordings during classes, performances, and any activities. All images, videos, and sound recordings will belong to the property of VBCMAF. Participants enrolled in activities do so at their own risk and VBCMAF is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death to participants or their guests. Participants shall indemnify and/or reimburse VBCMAF in respect of any additional expenses or costs incurred by VBCMAF arising from or in connection with the fault, action or behavior of participants. Should there be disputes, VBCMAF reserves the right to the final decision.
